  1. Hello:

I subscribe to Dan Dobbs’ email subscription and read about your services. I am a broker and just took over a transaction involving an “inexperienced” agent who allowed a residential transaction to stall at close of escrow due to his client, the seller, being in default.

My client, the buyers, loan is approved and his monies are in escrow. I am not being updated as to the listing agents activities with the lender.

    • Not enough information. Please call. Need to know how much is in escrow. Is loan approved by the lender not pre approval. and the listing agent is using the lender? Who took the 1003?
